Each part number only needs to be added once and will appear in your “Pending RFQs.” Our system ensures your request is processed accurately and efficiently, while your dedicated sales representative works to secure the best pricing and lead times based on your needs.

When you’re ready, visit the “Pending RFQs” section to review your list, update target pricing or delivery timelines, and remove any parts you no longer require. Once complete, click “Submit RFQ Now.”

Your request will be sent directly to your sales representative, who will follow up promptly. You can always view your submitted RFQs and part numbers in the “Submitted RFQs” section of our website.

Our Fulfillment and Quality Assurance center in Florida receives shipments directly from our suppliers. Most domestic inventory arrives within three days of your order, ensuring fast turnaround. Parts are typically processed in the morning and prepared for shipment by the afternoon, streamlining the delivery process to meet your operational needs.

Our Quality Assurance team carefully reviews all incoming parts to verify they meet the required standards for quality and accuracy. If any issues are identified, the products will be returned to the supplier at no expense to you.

Yes, typically, orders include the manufacturer’s warranty. For overhauled parts, warranties are provided that are appropriate to the specific part in question.

Initial orders may be paid via credit card or wire transfer. Payment terms may also be available by coordinating directly with your sales representative.
